Bulluck C Enterprises, LLC, (Phoenix, AZ) a professional coaching and business consulting practice is seeking a dynamic, professional, energizing, and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Engagement Specialist. This PT Contract position is in our Phoenix, AZ office, with some virtual responsibilities working with our customers.

Job Summary

As the Customer Engagement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive relationship between the Organization, and our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through various communication channels, resolving inquiries, and providing proactive assistance.  You will serve as the main point of contact (POC), embodying our values with an unparalleled commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities & Duties

The role and responsibilities of this position include

  • Customer Ownership; Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms to address inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
  • Cross-functional collaboration; Collaborate with the consulting team to coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables according to client requirements.
  • Technical support; Assist in the coordination and management of consulting projects, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and tracking progress between our team and customers..
  • Administration; Organize client appointments to support consulting or coaching programs, products, and services.
  • Customer Engagement; Coordinate online and virtual events and program promotion via cold calls, personal emails, and digital marketing tools to increase customer engagement.
  • Customer Advocacy; Gather feedback from clients on their experience with our services, identifying improvement areas and enhancement opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge; Thorough understanding of Organization product and service offerings to ensure solutions are tailored to customer needs. 
  • Documentation Management; Prepare and organize program materials for speaking engagements, presentations, and workshops or training.
  • Social Media Maintenance; Monitor social media accounts to promote customer engagement.
  • Market Analysis; Conduct research and inquiry for location and national speaking engagement and presentation opportunities.

Job Type: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $18 – $20 per hour

Location: Hybrid

Working Hours: 25 to 30 hours per month
